Mechile and Zac’s Wedding

When I first met Mechile and Zac at the Golden Ox for their wedding rehearsal, I knew they would be a wonderful couple to photograph. They are the type of people you just warm to straight away.

During the rehearsal Zac would sneak in little hugs and kisses with his fiancé and Mechile was just so happy to be there with her Mum walking her down the aisle to greet her husband to be.

Oh, and the high heel shoes all definitely passed the “walking test” over the little Golden Ox bridge 🙂 Thank goodness for that!

Their wedding day finally arrived and it was a stunning blue sky day (with a slight breeze!).

Friends and family gathered in the garden area of the Golden Ox to witness a beautiful ceremony.

When their morning ceremony finished, the bridal party and myself headed off for some photos. Thanks again to John and Lana, who let us use their property and lovely rustic shed.

My favourite photos were on the jetty, where we attempted the “oh what a feeling” leaps in the air 🙂

We then returned to the ceremony for lunch (thanks once again for my scrumptious meal) and by late afternoon, everyone was up on the dance floor dancing the Greek Zorba! It looked like so much fun – I wanted to join in!

Thanks again to Josh for recommending me to your brother. It was a pleasure to meet you Mechile and Zac – such a bright happy couple is how I will remember you both!

Take care and all the best with your married life together.
