For this wedding I was joined by Michelle Morrison, my friend and very talented photographer.
The wedding took place at Topiaries- Beaumont House, overlooking the Samford Valley….what a stunning location!
From the moment Michelle and I walked into the house we were just blown away by the old world charm…..what a stunning backdrop we had for our photos.
This wedding was a little different from our previous weddings, the Bride and Groom decided to buck the trend and see each other before they walked down the aisle.
This meant we had plenty of time for the photo’s, which took place before the ceremony. We decided to drive to Cedar Creek for some intimate shots by the river. We then ventured into a paddock where we had Kirstie and Mitch sit on a lovely old antique day bed, which was kindly lent to us by Gregoire from Unique France in the Valley. Thanks again Gregoire!
Michelle captured some lovely shots of the bridal party with a friendly horse…..who decided to pop over the fence and see what all the fuss was about:). She also captured the great shot of Kirstie lifting up her dress to show her fantastic red high heel shoes. Love that shot!
The ceremony took place around 3pm and what a relaxed ceremony it was. Kirstie was just so cool calm and collected as she walked down the aisle with her Dad Graham and Mitch was all smiles seeing his beautiful bride walk down the aisle.
We ended the day with photos of the couple’s bridal waltz and everyone got up and had a dance! What a fun day had by all!
Michelle and I wish you all the best Kirstie and Mitch. You make a wonderful couple, Congratulations!
